আজ জেলা আইনি পরিষেবা কর্তৃপক্ষ (DLSA), দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুরের মাননীয়া সচিব, শ্রীমতী সায়ন্তনী চৌধুরী (WBJS)-র উপস্থিতিতে DLSA-র সম্মানিত মধ্যস্থতাকারীদের (Mediators) নিয়ে একটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও ফলপ্রসূ বৈঠক অনুষ্ঠিত হলো। এই বিশেষ বৈঠকে জেলায় চলমান মধ্যস্থতা প্রক্রিয়াগুলির বর্তমান অগ্রগতি ও সাফল্যের খতিয়ান পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পর্যালোচনা করা হয়। মামলা মোকদ্দমা হ্রাসে এবং সমাজে শান্তি-সম্প্রীতি বজায় রাখতে মধ্যস্থতাকারীদের অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম ও মূল্যবান অবদানকে এই সভায় বিশেষভাবে সাধুবাদ জানানো হয়। এর পাশাপাশি আগামী দিনে মধ্যস্থতা প্রক্রিয়াকে আরও মসৃণ, আধুনিক ও কার্যকর করে তুলতে মধ্যস্থতাকারীদের বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনীয়তা, পরিকাঠামোগত সুবিধা এবং ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে বিস্তারিত ও ইতিবাচক আলোচনা করা হয়। বিকল্প বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি (ADR) ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে সাধারণ মানুষের কাছে দ্রুত ও সহজ উপায়ে ন্যায়বিচার পৌঁছে দিতে DLSA, দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুর সর্বদা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

The session focused on assessing the current progress and overall disposal status of ongoing mediation cases in Dakshin Dinajpur. During the discussion, the Ld. Secretary deeply appreciated the dedicated efforts and invaluable contribution of the mediators in resolving disputes amicably and reducing the burden on traditional courts. The meeting also paved the way for a constructive dialogue regarding the specific needs, infrastructural support, and future requirements of the mediators to make the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism even more robust, seamless, and effective.
