A legal service camp was organized on the occasion of World Day of International Justice on 17/7/24.  The topic discussed in the meeting was Child Marriage, Child Trafficking and in which  all DLSA provides legal services etc. The camp held  at Balurghat block,Organized by PLV Pooja Das, Soma Pal Saha and Supriya Sarkar.

মেয়েটির নাম আনিষা খাতুন। পিতা হাচান মিঞা। সাং নরসুন্দর পাড়া। পোঃ ফুলবাড়ী। থানা গঙ্গারামপুর। জেলা দক্ষিন দিনাজপুর। মেয়টি লেখাপড়া ছেড়েদিয়ে বাবা ও সৎ মা এর সঙ্গে ভিনরাজ্যে কাজ করতে গিয়েছিল। বহু দিন থাকার পর এখন বাড়ি এসেছে আবার যাবে বলে ঠিক হয়েছে। কিছু দিন থেকে মেয়েটিকে ও তার পরিবারকে বুঝিয়ে আজ মেয়ে টিকে নিয়ে গিয়ে ফুলবাড়ী উচ্চবিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক রেজাউল করিম মহাশয়ের সঙ্গে কথা বলে মেয়েটিকে স্কুলমুখি করা হলো ও কন্যাশ্রি প্রকল্পে নাম নথিভুক্ত করার ব্যাপারে আলোচনা করা হলো। ব্যাবস্থাপনায় আব্দুল রশিদ মিঞা পি এল ভি (অধিকার মিত্র) অধীন দক্ষিন দিনাজপুর জেলা আইনি পরিসেবা কতৃপক্ষ। তাং ইং 10/07/2025  Anisha Khatun: Back to School Initiative Anisha Khatun, daughter of Hasan Mia, residing at Narsundar Para, P.O. PLV Training Program on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 Specifically POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, 2013) A PLV Training Program was successfully organized by the District Legal Services Authority, Dakshin Dinajpur at Balurghat , at the A.D.R. Centre, District Court Complex, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur – 733101 , focusing on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 , commonly known as the POSH Act . The training aimed to enhance awareness among the Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) about the legal provisions, redressal mechanisms, and the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders under the POSH Act.
